Job Duty

• Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, and monitors progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identifies and documents changes in scope.
• Participates in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
• Reviews work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable.
• Monitors produc tivity and technical proficiency of assigned technical personnel, and makes reassignments as project needs arise.
• Conducts performance evaluations, takes corrective action as necessary, and recommends salary actions. Also provides training and development opportunities for assigned personnel.

Associate Construction Engineer

Job Duty

• Work will include estimating, quantity calculations, technical reports, plan details, and detailed engineering analyses.
• Candidate will interface with CAD designers, other engineers and clients.
• Completes a variety of assignments such specifications and other materials suitable for procurement and construction purposes, utilizing CAE/CAD as applicable.
• Prepares standard engineering computations, material quality takeoffs, estimates, and surveys.
• Review specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
